Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that the Israeli army has set three basic conditions for reaching any agreement with Lebanon. The conditions include establishing a buffer zone up to the Litani River that is free of Hezbollah’s presence, granting Israel complete military freedom of action to eliminate threats north of the Litani, in addition to a long-term path to dismantling Hezbollah’s weapons under American supervision.
